AEV Announces New 2" Spacer Suspension for Jeep JK

April 12, 2011 by JPFreek

*PRESS RELEASE*

AEV is pleased to announce an expansion of its popular Jeep suspension lineup with the release of its new 2.0″ Spacer Suspension System for the JK Wrangler.

This suspension was designed for JK owners who want the quality associated with AEV’s suspensions, but only need 2-inches of lift at an economical price.  AEV’s Spacer System includes durable front and rear polyurethane coil spacers, front and rear bump-stop extensions, extended sway-bar end-links, corrosion-resistant E-coated front and rear shock extension brackets, and front brake line drop brackets.

Typical of AEV products, this system has been engineered to integrate seamlessly with the JK.  It retains the quality and tuning of the JK’s factory shocks, which in testing have proven superior to many of the aftermarket shocks sometimes included with systems in this price range.  The shock extension brackets allow the factory shocks to be used without limiting wheel travel and the rear stabilizer end-links have been extended to ensure bind-free functionality.  Overall this system provides a more aggressive appearance, AEV quality and an economical price without compromising the factory handling that drivers have come to appreciate in their JKs.

DualSport Suspension Series
AEV is also pleased to announce that its popular 3.5 and 4.5-inch suspension systems for the JK Wrangler have been renamed to better reflect their excellent on and off road handling. AEV’s “Standard” systems are now named Dualsport ST and the “Premium” systems are now named Dualsport SC (Steering Correction). While AEV continues to make improvements to these systems including minor changes for RHD and diesel applications, all major content remains unchanged.

Pricing is $259.99, more information can be found by visiting the AEV website by clicking here.
