PVC-coated 300D polyester and an aluminum structure have made the Expedition Awning by Camping Lab an excellent choice for coverage while kickin’ back at base camp.
The Camping Lab Expedition Awning was designed with the concept “Stay Outdoors.” I like that. Featuring a coverage area of approximately 7’L x 6.5’w x 7’H, the Expedition Awning covers a maximum area for protection from the sun and rain. Galvanized steel stakes hold everything in place, even under moderate winds. This proved all-to-true while on a Jeep® excursion to west Texas where the winds are said to be stronger than that of the “Windy City” – Chicago. In addition, the Expedition Awning weighs in at 22 lbs. which isn’t bad considering its size and materials.
Setup is a breeze, taking only a few minutes and easily connected to your roof rack or even-load bar ends. A great product for the price, you can’t go wrong with Camping Lab’s Expedition Awning.
